I’m Matthaios Georgiou, a Product owner with passion for driving innovation in the telecommunication industry.
With 20 years of experience, I specialize in bridging the gap between business and technical people! If you have attended meetings among business and technical people, you totally understand what i mean 🙂
For the past 10 years I have been helping Vodafone Greece to digitize Technical Support processes through Chatbots and Voicebots.
I started my career in telecom with a deep interest in how technology connects people and businesses. Over the years, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams, from engineering to marketing and network, and we successfully delivered high performing telecom products that enhance user experience and business efficiency.
